Welcome to Acorns nursery, situated in Sticklepath Barnstaple, approx 1.5 miles from the town centre.

We are positioned in the grounds of Petroc on the Old Sticklepath hill campus. The nursery is independent from the College and is owned by Coral Cray who started the nursery in 1996.

We are easily accessed and have plenty of parking space during the busy day. We have 30 places available at every session and a team of experienced and qualified staff .

The staff at Acorns are qualified and experienced in the high quality care of your child. We are all aware of the benefits and needs of a happy secure caring and stimulating environment, which in turn will enable your child to develop the skills that they need to ensure a smooth transition into school.

Each child is an individual and has his or her own needs, which will be met through our daily programme.
